Delivery
Delivery is carried out through UPS.
The delivery cost can be calculated when placing an order after entering your address, or clarified with a manager.

Payment
You can pay for your order using any convenient payment method offered by the seller.

Payment by Bank Card
To pay for your order by bank card when placing an order in the online store, select the payment method: bank card.
When paying for an order by bank card, the payment is processed on the bank’s authorization page, where you will need to enter your bank card details:
- card type
- card number
- card expiration date, indicated on the front side of the card
- cardholder’s name in Latin letters, exactly as shown on the card
- CVC2/CVV2 code

Tips and recommendations on essential security measures when making payments using a bank card:
- keep your plastic cards as safe as you keep cash. Do not leave them in your car, restaurant, store, etc.
- never provide your full credit card number over the phone to any individuals or companies
- always keep the emergency contact phone number of the bank that issued your card at hand, and immediately contact the bank if your card is lost
- enter your card details only when making a purchase. Never provide them for any other reason.

Further transmission of information is carried out through secure payment networks with a high level of reliability.
For additional cardholder authentication, 3D-Secure or another verification protocol may be used if supported by your card issuer. In this case, you may be redirected to the issuer’s page or asked to complete additional payment confirmation.

Be sure to check the packaging for damage or signs of tampering, verify the quantity of ordered items, and inspect the overall integrity and quality of the product.
If the product does not match the order or if any defects are found, you may refuse receipt by asking the delivery service employee to draw up an inventory of the parcel/order contents, and then contacting a company representative.
